Wide-area WiFi without the repeaters...

These maybe of interest to people. I've got a couple of them at work; you can cover 3+ (linear) miles with these, or about 9+ square miles, under ideal conditions and with proper config.

They seem too good to be true, but the VP1210's do what they claim.
